A gentle, beginner‑friendly evening yoga series designed to help you move with ease while strengthening your back and core. This six‑week class offers simple, supportive practices—no experience or flexibility required.
Stretch, strengthen, and tighten your core and stay in great shape! Each Mat Pilates class will work to balance all muscle group's strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
