Yoga is a series of fluid poses practiced for both health and relaxation. It works to unite body, mind, and breath to bring about strength, flexibility and balance–there is a focused, meditative quality to the practice which allows for stillness and clarity. Why do yoga? It feels amazing, and it is good for you inside and out!

HATHA VINYASA

This style of yoga links specific poses in a fluid manner which warms up the body and prevents injury. Postures will require more strength and stamina than basic yoga and fluid movements between poses will bring more intensity to the practice.
