MY GUY & I GLOW PARTY 2024

in us for an evening to celebrate your Gull Lake Pre-K thru Fifth Grade Guy and their special date! We'll have prizes, activities, music, dancing, drinks, snacks, and more! Tickets are available from now through November 5 at 10 PM, for $25/per couple and +$5 for each additional guy.

Slow Flow Yoga with Wendy Sinicki

Try out this Monday evening slow-flow class that works on combining breathing and poses to build strength and flexibility. Registration closing day Oct. 10 at noon. Sign up with a friend!

Setting the Stage: A Preschool Theatre Class!

Setting the Stage is a vibrant blend of children's literature, engaging games, and creative crafts, each element carefully chosen to spark imagination and introduce the fundamentals of the performing arts. Ages 3 to 5! This Class is offered through the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre – Academy of Theatre Arts and will be held at the Richland Area Community Center, this 6 week class begins Wednesday October 2 at 9 AM.

Plant-Powered Cooking: Pizza!

Join Dr. Michelle Halley and Dr. Sherry Pejka for a fun, hands-on cooking class! Class registration will close Friday, October 4, at noon.

Dementia Caregiving Workshop

This three-session Dementia Caregiving Workshop will help reduce caregiver stress by providing useful tools and information to those caring for a person with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. November 7, 14, & 21 4 – 6 p.m.

Medicare 101 Presentation

This free Medicare 101 seminar is through MMAP, and can help you before open enrollment ends in December. You can attend a presentation on November 14th, 12-2 pm. Call Miranda at 269-73-5102 to register.

Restorative Yoga w/Wendy

In restorative yoga, you hold gentle poses for longer periods of time, often five minutes or more, and may only perform a few poses in a session. Registration closing day Oct. 4 at noon. Sign up with a friend!

Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers

Drop in the second Monday of the Month, beginning September 9, for Ready Movers! This fun, interactive class will start your child's Monday off right! If they are old enough to leave, parents are encouraged to grab a coffee in the next room, courtesy of the RACC!

OLLI’s Senior Reader’s Theater Performance

Get ready to enjoy a performance by the members of OLLI at WMU Senior Reader’s Theater on Wed., Oct. 16th at 1-3 pm. Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Western Michigan University, an organization for people 50 and better, where age is embraced, and wisdom is celebrated.
