Each Mat Pilates class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging, yet safe, method to sculpt your body and increase agility in your everyday movements.  Please bring a mat to class.  Any other equipment will be provided.

Each Mat Pilates class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging, yet safe, method to sculpt your body and increase agility in your everyday movements. Please bring a mat to class.

Registration for this class closes June 20, 2024 at NOON. If you do not wish to register online, you may come into the RACC during open hours and register in person.

Must preregister. Min 5/Max 15.
