Join us for this more advanced yoga practice to strengthen and lengthen.

In restorative yoga, you hold gentle poses for longer periods of time, often five minutes or more, and may only perform a few poses in a session. The goal is to deepen your stretch, clear your mind, and focus on your breath while sinking into your body.
