Easy Yoga w/ Wendy Sinicki
This 6-week, EVENING, 60-minute, easy yoga class, perfect for first timers or those who want to work on moving easier and building a stronger back and core. No prior experience or ability to touch your toes required! Suitable for beginners to intermediates.
If you are new to Yoga, the RACC does have a limited supply of Yoga Mats for your convenience!

Class runs April 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7 & 14 on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Wendy Sinicki started her yoga journey a decade ago as a way to ease the pain of migraines. Before she knew it, she was a registered yoga teacher helping others find ease and strength in their bodies. Now the migraines are only memory, as long as she regularly meets herself on her yoga mat.
Minimum of 6 to run class. Registration closing day April 5 at 5 pm. Sign up with a friend!
