Balance and Breathe Yoga

This 6-week, EVENING yoga class is designed to decompress and relax you from your long week. Gain balance mobility and flexibility. All levels welcome, but geared more towards beginner and intermediate.
6 Weeks, $60
Class runs April 11, 18 (NO CLASS 4/25), May 2, 9, 16, 23 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Stephanie has been a certified fitness instructor since 2018 and instructing at the RACC since Spring of 2021. New to teaching Yoga, she is excited to expand her class selection with us.
Minimum of 5 to run class. Registration closing day 4/8 at noon. Sign up with a friend!
