Indoor Bootcamp with Stephanie

Want to keep your healthy lifestyle on track? Need a fitness kickstart?  Then this program is for YOU!  Join us for this indoor, boot-camp style training that meets you at your current fitness level and helps you progress to the next at your own individual pace.

Over this 6-week program, you’ll develop strength endurance, and overall wellness.  NASM Certified, Personal Trainer Stephanie will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the circuit-style training stations.  Please bring:  a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a jump rope.  If you don’t own equipment, there will be a limited supply for your use.

Class will run Mondays, 6 Weeks for $60.

October 21- December 2 at 6 PM, no class on November 4th

Minimum of 8 to run class. Registration closes October 17 at noon. Sign up with a friend!

If you do not want to pay for this class now, please come into the RACC and fill out a form and pay in person no later than the closing date for registration.
