Can You Stop At Just One?
How About One Dozen?

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating.

There are no dues or fees and anyone who wants to stop eating compulsively is welcome.  We can help you know when to say “no” and mean it.

“OA works for almost anyone who wants to stop eating compulsively, no matter what size the individual may be.” — OA Questions and Answers Pamphlet

Join us on Wednesday evenings, 5:30 pm, at the RACC.  To find out more, please go to www.oa.org, or call 269.629.9430 to be put in touch with someone who can provide additional information.
