Barre, Strength Training and Core Fitness

Barre, Strength Training, and Core class will consist of a combo of warming up with dynamic stretches, using the ballet barre for gentle movement, stretches and balance. Core work would be done standing and lying down. Some of the warm-ups and stretches are inspired from dance backgrounds but this is not a dance class and does not require any dance experience. No high impact or jarring movements on the joints. Free flowing movements with some structure, guidance and modifications when needed. Class runs Wednesdays, 11:00-12:00 am, all of April (5, 12, 19, 26).
