Meditation & Sound Bath in the Yew Tunnel

Join Shelley Touloupas, a certified sound healer for a 60-minute, guided meditation class on Thursday, July 16th. Class begins at 6:30. We will meet in the Yew Tunnel (Tunnel of Trees) in the southeast corner of our property.

Relax to the beauty of sound healing vibrations while being guided into a state of meditative harmony. Learn about the energy centers in the body, known as chakras. We will highlight the purpose of these energies and help you to discover if your chakras are working to the best of their ability.

Allow the soothing tones and frequencies to penetrate your mind and body to promote overall well being.

Cost: $25

Date of Class: July 16th, 6:30-7:30 (with a alternative rain date on July 23rd)

What to Bring: mat, towel, blanket or a chair and water bottle

Minimum of 8 to run the class. Registration closing day July 9 at noon. Sign up with a friend!
