Tai Chi w/George de Alth

This class will cover some of the foundations of the Tai Chi form and the first 17 moves of the 108 move Tai Chi set. Each class will introduce two or three new moves and also review moves taught during the previous week. This learning proceeds incrementally, and there is a need to practice and retain earlier moves as the class proceeds from week to week. The intention of the class is for each student to learn these 17 moves and therefore to be able to perform this mini set of Tai Chi.

Loose fitting clothing and comfortable gym type shoes are recommended.

There will be a one hour practice session offered each week at no extra cost. The day and time will be established during the first class of this session, and it will reflect space availability and the preferences of the students.
