Indoor Bootcamp with Stephanie
Want to keep your healthy lifestyle on track? Need a fitness kickstart? Then this program is for YOU! Join us for this indoor, boot-camp style training that meets you at your current fitness level and helps you progress to the next at your own individual pace.
Over this 6-week program, you’ll develop strength endurance, and overall wellness. NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Stephanie will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the circuit-style training stations. Please bring: yoga mat, resistance bands, and jump rope. If you don’t own equipment, there will be a limited supply for your use.
Class will run Mondays, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, and 12 at 6 PM. 6 Weeks for $60.
Minimum of 8 to run class. Registration closes Thursday, April 3, at noon. Sign up with a friend!
If you do not want to pay for this class now, please come into the RACC and fill out a form and pay in person no later than the closing date for registration.
