Taming Tofu Part 2

Join Dr. Michelle Halley and Dr. Sherry Pejka for a fun, hands-on cooking class!

New recipes, from appetizer to dessert, to showcase how versatile and tasty tofu can be. This plant protein can be intimidating, but join us to learn how tofu is amazing in simple whole food plant-based recipes.

Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions and bring your to-go containers!

*You do NOT need to have been in the previous tofu class to enjoy this class or learn something new about tofu. Anyone interested in tofu is welcome!
