High-Intensity Interval Training — As a group, we’ll work for 45 seconds then take a 30 second break. Mix of cardio and body weight training. No supplies required besides water and you! HIIT increases your calorie burn and will keep you burning calories at a faster rate for hours afterwards! Stephanie meets you at your current fitness level and helps you progress to the next at your own individual pace!
Over this 6-week evening program, you’ll develop strength, endurance, and overall wellness. NASM Certified, Personal Trainer, Stephanie Lobell will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the circuit-style training stations.
