SUMMARY:2019 Perennial Exchange
DESCRIPTION:Its time to get your hands in the dirt and bring your plants to the Perennial Exchange!\n(exchange at 9:45 am sharp)\nThe concept is simple:  bring your well-loved (or not-so-well loved) perennials to the Community Center in labeled pots\, boxes or bags and go home with the same amount.  If you bring five plants\, take five plants\, bring 10\, take 10!  If you don’t get around to labeling\, just bring the plants!  At 9:45 am sharp\, we’ll begin the exchange by talking about the plants we brought and sharing what we know. \nNew to gardening?  Join us!  We have plants and knowledge to share—there are always extra plants.  If you don’t have any to bring\, we accept free-will donations in lieu of plants.  This is a great way to expand your garden\, try something new or share something you love. \nWe’re pleased to have the Late Bloomers with us.  Light treats and refreshments will be provided.  It’s a great way to spend Saturday morning.  Don’t miss it!

Here’s a chance to learn a skill\, make a memory and spend a few hours laughing and learning with someone you love.\nDo you have a sewing machine but don’t know how to use it? Spend time with someone you love learning or sharing a new skill! In this fun and informative class\, you’ll make an apron\, or matching aprons! Bring your daughter\, your granddaughter\, your sister or make it a girls day out! Guys are welcome too! Bring your sewing machine to class\, some thread\, scissors and sewing pins. Cheri will you show you the basics and will have a couple of machines for use as well. Purchase your own material or Cheri can provide material for a fee.\n* Our friends at Fabrications in Richland are giving a 20% discount to those who purchase their supplies at their store! Wow!
