Quarantine left you with unwanted “Covid Curves?”  Ready for fresh air and movement?  Then this program is for YOU!  Join us for this outdoor, boot-camp style training that meets you at your current fitness level and helps yo progress to the next at your own individual pace.

Over this 6-week program, you’ll develop strength endurance, and overall wellness.  NASM Certified, Personal Trainer Stephanie Gambee will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the circuit-style training stations.  Please bring:  a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a jump rope.  If you do not own this equipment, we will have a limited selection of sanitized items for you to use.
