Ready for movement in the New Year? Then this program is for YOU! Join us for this indoor, boot-camp style training that meets you at your current fitness level and helps you progress to the next at your own individual pace.
Over this 6-week program, you’ll develop strength endurance, and overall wellness. NASM Certified, Personal Trainer Stephanie will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the circuit-style training stations. Please bring: a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a jump rope. If you do not own this equipment, we will have a limited selection of items for you to use.
If you would like to register for this class in person, you may do so at the RACC during open hours. Registration closes January 4 at noon.
