6-Week Circuit/Strength Training with Stephanie

This circuit-style strength training meets you at your current fitness level and helps you progress to the next at your own individual pace! Over this 6-week evening program, you’ll develop strength, endurance, and overall wellness.

NASM Certified, Personal Trainer, Stephanie Lobell will provide modifications and guidance as you move through the training stations.
