This class will cover some of the foundations of the Tai Chi form and the first 17 moves of the 108 move Tai Chi set. Each class will introduce two, three, or four new moves but also repeat moves taught during the previous week. The intention of the class is for each student to learn these 17 moves and be able to move through them on her/his own. Loose fitting clothing and comfortable gym type shoes are recommended.

George deAlth, the instructor, has been practicing Tai Chi for eighteen years. He has taught beginning and advanced classes over the past 13 years in the Kalamazoo area.
