Easy yoga poses designed to help you relax at the end of the day!
This 3-week, EVENING, 60-minute, Slow Yoga class works on combining breath and poses to build strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to intermediates. No prior experience or ability to touch your toes required!
3 Weeks, $30.
Class runs January 13, 20, and 27 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one. The RACC does have a supply for those in need or those who are new to Yoga.
Minimum of 6 to run class. Registration closing day January 12 at noon. Sign up with a friend!
