Six Weeks, Begins November 2
This daytime set of six mini yoga workshop classes, taught by Cathy Tucci, will include a variety of pranayama techniques, deeper poses using bolsters, straps and blocks, and an extended savasana (relaxation) or a period of time for focused meditation. These yoga practices will be different in nature than the Monday/Thursday Gentle & Intermediate yoga classes, no drop ins to maintain consistency.
