Kick off the spring with a refresher course on how to prepare healthy meals and eat right. You’ll feel like you’re on a cooking show, as your group prepares a delicious, healthy meal together, where everyone has an assignment and samples the entire meal. Deb will cover examples of healthy food, healthy fats, whole grains, and vegetables. Class will be held at Richland Area Community Center.
