Plant-Powered Cooking: Pizza!

 

Join Dr. Michelle Halley and Dr. Sherry Pejka for a fun, hands-on cooking class!

This class will focus on making sauce and two different types of whole food, plant-based cheese, as well as meat alternatives. With these basics you can build any number of traditional pizzas at home. We will also create nontraditional flavor packed pies. Come cook with friends and enjoy a few slices. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions and bring your to-go containers!
