Finding Your Yoga Flow with Wendy

This 6-week, EVENING, 60-minute, slow-flow class works on combining breath and poses to build strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to intermediates. No prior experience or ability to touch your toes required!

Wendy Sinicki started her yoga journey a decade ago as a way to ease the pain of migraines. Before she knew it, she was a registered yoga teacher helping others find ease and strength in their bodies. Now the migraines are only memory, as long as she regularly meets herself on her yoga mat.

Minimum of 5 to run class. Registration closing day 4/4 at noon. Sign up with a friend!
