Join Jeff Smith of the Native Pantry and Health Coach Jennifer DeMaagd as they demonstrate how to cook using the Instant Pot.  You don’t need to be an expert with an Instant Pot, Jeff and Jen will show you how to use it and by the end of class you’ll be a pro!  This will be a hands-on class, so come prepared to cook!

They will start the class by going over the functions of the Instant Pot and making sure you know how to use it.  Next, you’ll be divided into groups and each group will prepare one of the following: a whole chicken, pork shoulder, a beef dish, vegetarian chili, and chicken noodle soup.

You’ll have an opportunity to sample everything prepared, so come hungry!  Everything is provided.

A $10 registration fee is withheld from all class refund requests. Registered students who make a refund request up to 7 days prior to the class start date will receive a full refund, minus $10 registration fee.  No refunds will be given 6 days before the start date.  Full refunds will be given in the event a class is cancelled by RACC.
